Shotgun form. Best path: Quattro Shotgun (up to 5 pellets, strong vs large enemies) then Sticky Penta Shotgun (less damage but slows on hit).

Notes

Sticky Penta's slow pairs well with Sniper/Rifle weak-point hits.
